Abstract: To ensure data consistency from design to manufacturing, based on the analysis of the current integration method of Product Data Management (PDM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, an integration method was proposed. In this method, the finally reviewed data was organized by Engineering Change Order (ECO) in PDM, triggered by special node in workflow and released through middleware to ERP. Then conception of integration method, system architecture, data distribution process and integration method modeling were studied in particular.finally, an application example was provided to illustrate the operation process of this method.
