Abstract: Enterprises are confronted with the challenges and chances under the new econmic environment. We analyzed the limitations of the traditional architecture of CIMS, which emphasized the business process inside enterprises. Based on this, we applied the theory, technology and method of the agile supply chain management into CIMS, and put forward the architecture of E-CIMS based on agile supply chain management. A case study of E-CIMS was illustrated.
