摘要: 针对虚拟样机分析模型中存在的问题,综合考虑产品设计和性能分析,提出了研究虚拟样机的集成框架;提出一种直接从产品设计模型中抽象产品分析模型,并提取相关性能数据的思路和方法。用CAXA作为计算机辅助设计建模和模型属性提取工具,详细研究了模型一体化的技术过程,着重研究了机械多体系统模型中刚体、约束、力元等组成部分属性的提取,将后续样机的分析和测试与产品设计充分结合,实现了样机模型数据传递的无缝和一体化,解决了各种性能分析工具中重复建模的问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in analysis model of virtual prototyping, considering the design and properties of mechanical products, the integration frame-structure of virtual prototyping was presented. A new approach to extract analysis model and some relative functions data from product design model was proposed. Technical process of model incorporation was studied in detail with consideration of CAXA as extract tool of modeling and model properties. At the same time, components properties extraction from mechanical multi-body system model such as bodies, constraints, force elements, etc were discussed in particular. The seamlessness and integration of prototyping model data transfer were realized by incorporating analysis and test of successive prototyping model with product design. Problem of repeatedly modeling in mechanical property analysis tools has been solved.
