流程工业生产计划与调度系统的对象建模方法

摘要: 为解决流程工业生产计划与调度系统开发的各类问题,提出了一种对象分析建模方法。该方法通过建立线长度属性进行数据抽象和封装,设计出具有通用性的流程工业生产计划与调度系统的对象类,并应用于流程工业中冷轧薄板生产过程。实践表明,建立的对象类与现实生产能高度吻合,大大提高了系统开发效率。

Abstract: To deal with various problems in production planning and scheduling system in process industries, an object-oriented modeling method was proposed. According to this method, data extraction and encapsulation could be conducted through construction of line-length attributes. General object classes for production planning and scheduling systems in process industries were designed. An application of this method was demonstrated in a cold rolling steel sheet plant. It was shown that these designed object classes were highly consistent with real production and the development efficiency for production planning and scheduling systems has been greatly improved.
