摘要: 根据“扁平式”结构的系统配置建模特征及其在实施网络化制造系统中的作用,提出了基于Web的网络化制造系统配置环境的基本框架及其关键技术,以及实现远程制造模式的制造资源建模、虚拟现实技术和网络技术等的系统应用方法,并着重分析了网络化制造系统配置环境的关键环节,提出了有效的实现逻辑和解决途径。同时,通过平台实例分析和展现远程制造资源建模技术及系统配置与评价等来选择和组建网络化制造系统配置环境。

Abstract: o realize Flat-Structured system configuration modeling and better play its role in implementing Networked Manufacturing System (NMS), the fundamental framework and its key technologies of NMS configuration were proposed. Manufacturing resources modeling, virtual reality and network techniques to realize remote manufacturing were also introduced. Key steps to NMS configuration were analyzed in particular, and effective implementation strategy and solution were also provided. Finally, the NMS configuration platform was implemented by using of case study technique, remote manufacturing resources-exhibition modeling technique, and system configuration and evaluation methods.
