摘要: 为了实现机械产品功能原理的创新,提出了一种将创新设计理论与功能分析方法相结合的功能原理求解过程模型。在该模型中,功能分析主要包括总功能抽象、总功能原理解的确定以及功能分解等。总功能原理解的确定是功能正确分解的前提。为了给功能分解提供可以遵循的模式,提出了基于工艺功能分析的方法,引入了输入约束功能的概念,并给出了功能分解的5个详细步骤。为了给原理求解提供有力的工具支持,将创新设计理论中的物场分析、效应知识库以及冲突解决原理等嵌入到了总功能和分功能原理求解过程中,使得创新设计理论的优势在模型中得以有效发挥。应用这一模型,实现了颜料灌装机的创新设计。

Abstract: To realize function and principle innovative design of mechanical products, a new process model of function and principle solution was proposed based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and Functional Analysis (FA). In this model, abstraction of general function, confirmation of principle solution to general function and function decomposition were included in FA. Confirmation of principle solution to general function was the premise of function decomposition. To provide a dependable pattern for function decomposition, a new function analysis method was put forward based on the generalized process function along with the introduction of the input constraint function; and its five-decomposition-steps were also presented. To provide powerful support for innovative design tools in principle solution, some TRIZ tools in the model were imbedded, such as Su-field Analysis, Scientific Effects, and Contradiction Solution Principles so as to boost up the innovation of principle solution. As a case study, an innovative design of paint-bottling machine has been achieved with application of the proposed model.
