摘要: 为解决信息不完备条件下的多方案评估问题,改造了传统的质量屋结构,提出了基于质量功能配置的模糊方案优选模型。该模型以方案排序矩阵替代技术竞争性矩阵,直接利用质量屋输出的技术特征权重模糊值和设计方案技术特征的定性、定量指标值,建立模糊决策矩阵。采用模糊折衷方法进行模糊多属性决策,实现了早期设计阶段的方案优先级排序目标。通过实例研究,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of multi-schemes evaluation on the premise of incomplete information available, the structure of conventional House of Quality (HoQ) was modified. A new model of fuzzy design scheme selection was presented based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The technical competition analysis matrix was substituted by the schemes ranking decision-making matrix in the proposed model. The fuzzy numbers of technical characteristic weights exported from HoQ and the quantitative or qualitative technical characteristic values of design schemes were directly applied in a fuzzy decision-making matrix. Fuzzy compromise method was adopted to implement fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making and the aim of prioritizing the schemes in the early design stage was realized. An example was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
