摘要: 在对车间生产管理调查研究的基础上,整合、优化了车间生产管理的业务流程;分析了车间生产管理的功能划分;讨论了车间生产管理的内部集成和外部集成;采用组件化的软件开发方法,给出了车间生产管理的组件层次结构;讨论了大粒度组件的划分及重用实现。所开发的车间生产管理系统已在7家企业投入应用,效果显著,说明车间生产管理整体方案能满足企业的个性化需求,具有可行性和可重构性。

Abstract: Firstly, the business process was conformed and optimized based on the comprehensive investigation of workshop production management. Then, function classifications of workshop production management system were analyzed. Moreover internal and external integration of workshop production management system were discussed. The component-based hierarchy software architecture was developed by component-based technology. Classification and reuse implementation of larger-grained components were discussed. The proposed workshop production management system has been applied in seven enterprises and has achieved remarkable results. It indicated that feasibility and reconfiguration of this workshop production management system could meet individual requirement from specific enterprises.
