摘要: 为了在物料管理中满足在制品物料管理的需求,在分析描述物料工艺状态要求的基础上,提出了基于二进制和十六进制的物料工艺状态描述方法,该方法采用了物料工艺状态矢量和物料工艺状态值,并设计了相关的应用算法,制订了相关的应用规则。实际应用表明该方法完全能够满足物料、尤其是在制品的管理问题,而且与传统的物料工艺状态描述方法相比,具有操作简单、数据量小的特点。

Abstract: In order to satisfy requirements of Work In Process (WIP) management in material management, based on the analysis of description demand of material process state, a new description method based on Binary & Hex System was presented by adopting material process state vector and material process state value. The application arithmetic was designed and some application rules were formulated. The application example revealed that this method could cater to material, especially WIP management. Compared with traditional method, the proposed method was characterized by easier operation and less amount of data.
