摘要: 根据多学科设计问题存在系统分析复杂的特点,提出了一种基于系统分解的多学科集成设计过程。针对该设计过程,从支持独立的学科分析工具着手,给出层次式多学科集成管理模型,并开发了多学科集成设计工具。在该工具中,依据所提出的多学科集成设计过程,对包含4个学科的运载火箭设计问题进行集成和优化,并与两种典型的多学科集成设计过程——多学科可行方法和协同优化方法相比较。结果表明,该集成设计过程具有更好的计算性能。

Abstract: To deal with complex characteristics of multidisciplinary integrated analysis, an integrated design process based on system decomposition technology was presented. Based on this design process and some single disciplinary analysis tools, a hierarchical multidisciplinary integration and management model was constructed and an integrated design tool - Multidisciplinary Design Optimization Framework(MDOF)was developed with Visual C++6.0. With this method, a rocket launch design problem involved in four different subjects was integrated and optimized in MDOF. Meanwhile, MDOF was compared with the Collaborative Optimization (CO) and Multi-Disciplinary Feasible(MDF) methods. The result showed that the proposed design process had better computational capability.
