摘要: 针对目前国内造船企业生产效率低下、工艺和规程不规范的现状,从人因工程的思想出发,提出了基于动素的半创成式船舶曲面分段生产计算机辅助工艺设计技术。在专家经验的基础上建立工艺知识库,通过决策树分析工艺路线。利用知识库和推理机进行工艺决策,生成曲面分段各个中间产品的加工工艺规程。为了使输出结果更具可操作性,建立了标准工艺块和标准动素库。在此基础上将工艺规程细化至操作规程,用于指导现场操作。经验证,系统输出结果符合船舶建造的实际过程,生产效率提高明显。

Abstract: Based on human factor engineering, semi-generative therblig-based Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) technology was present to improve productivity and standard process operation for Shipyard. By collecting expertise experiences, the process knowledge library was set up, and process route could be generated and analyzed by decision tree. Then by use of knowledge library and reasoning machine, the standard process rules for semifinished products of curved blocks were obtained. Some standard process modules and standard therblig base had been created to improve the maneuverability of the outputs. The process regulation had been extended to operation regulation to guide operation for worker. The prototype system has been implemented and verified through the experiment in curved blocks construction center by using real blocks in the shipyard.
