Abstract: Design For Quality (DFQ) is a methodology of modern product design for quality. The quality evaluation plays an important role in quality assurance, and it is critical in DFQ. Based on analyzing the DFQ concept, we discussed the integration of quality evaluation for DFQ and the model of quality evaluation, and put forward an Integrated Model in Evaluation for DFQ(IME valuation). The model, with the features of integration in process, function and evaluation method described the process of evaluation. Furthermore, we developed a design evaluation software tool supporting DFQ. The software tool shows that the integrative models are practical and reliable.
