摘要: 过程建模分析是现代企业规范运作程序、发现管理问题和实施经营过程重构的基础,不少企业针对自身的生产和经营特点建立了许多很有价值的过程模型。如何将这些模型有效地组织起来,在企业经营过程中真正发挥作用,已成为过程建模分析工作成败的关键。本文回顾了过程及过程建模理论和工具的发展,提出了过程模型库管理系统的需求,进而给出了一个基于Web的企业过程参考模型库管理系统的设计框架,最后简述了该系统在企业过程建模和决策中的作用,以及如何将其与过程建模分析工具集成的方法。

Abstract: Process modeling is the basis of modern enterprises to standardize their working procedure, find out their management deficiency and implement BPR (Business Process Reengineering). According to their unique characteristics of production and management, some enterprises have already established a lot of valuable process models. How to organize these models effectively and make them more helpful to enterprise business process optimization have become the crucial point determining the success of the process modeling. This paper overviewed the development of process modeling theory and tools, then provided the framework of a web-based Enterprise reference Process model Base Management System (EPBMS). In consideration of the importance of system integration, the paper described the application of such a system in enterprise process modeling and decision making and pointed out the method of integration between process modeling tools and EPBMS.
