摘要: 采用浏览器/服务器模式和网格技术,构建了前台电子商务网站和后台自动化设计网格平台。通过命令流文件和产品设计属性文件将二者结合在一起,设计并开发了基于自动化设计网格的产品定制系统。在订单驱动下,系统利用产品配置和知识工程技术实现了大量已有产品设计知识的重用,使用网格技术实现了设计资源和计算机资源的动态共享,快速获得了正确的设计结果。最后,以观光电梯为例,建立系统原型进行了验证。

Abstract: Fore-end e-commerce Website and back-end automated design grid platform were established by adopting the Browser/Server (B/S) architecture and grid technology. By integrating two of them through a command-flow file and attribute file of product design task, a Product Customization System (PCS) based on automated design grid was designed and developed . Driven by orders, the system utilized product configuration and Knowledge based Engineering (KBE) technology to realize reuse of large amount of existing knowledge of product design. Grid technology was applied to realize dynamic sharing of design resources and computational resources, ultimately correct design result was quickly achieved. Finally, a prototype system was established by a case study of the observation lift to verify the PCS.
