摘要: 为了更好地推进IP技术的发展,分析和描述了Internet集成服务/资源预留协议模型,给出了资源预留协议的状态变迁。在此基础上,分析了资源预留协议本身在建立资源预留方面功能的有限性和操作所依赖的条件,提出了用户服务合约的形式化描述和与下层网络的服务映射关系,同时为保证预留实现和维护,扩充了预请求过程和资源预留协议状态位,指同是否需要QoS路由和对路由的绑定。

Abstract: In order to develop IP technology, we analyzed the Internet integrated service model and Resource reServation Protocol(RSVP) service and constructed a state transition model of RSVP. With this model, we can analyze the finite function of RSVP in the aspect of resource reservation establishing and the conditions which RSVP relied on and get the idea to improve RSVP specification. We presented a formalized service agreement and services mapping top down. We expanded a per-reservation of RSVP to interact with QoS Routing, and added some variables in path''s state of RSVP. By means of above improved mechanisms, we can realize the reservation and maintenance of network resource and routes in data transmission for a designated flow.
