粗集理论在快速设计中的应用研究

摘要: 为实现面向客户的产品快速设计,把粗集理论引入到产品的快速设计中。根据客户的模糊要求进行实例匹配,确定产品的方案,并确定计算相似度的权重。利用粗集理论把实例库中实例的设计参数进行了离散和泛化,发掘实例的属性关系和普遍知识,形成简化的决策表,获取产品方案决策的规则。在建立决策表的同时,计算决策属性对条件属性的依赖程度,确定在计算相似度时各属性值的权重。通过某天文圆顶快速设计的算例表明,把粗集理论应用到快速设计中进行方案决策和权重计算,比传统方法客观、简洁,处理速度更快。

Abstract: Rough sets theory was applied into the rapid design of products to achieve the custom-oriented rapid design. According to the fuzzy requirements of customers, case matching, project decision-making and calculation of weight were determined. First of all, using rough sets theory, the design parameters of each case in the case database were discretized and generalized to find out the relationships among features, the simplified decision-making table was set up and regulations of the project decision-making were acquired. At the same time, the dependency degree of qualification attribute to decision attribute was calculated and the weight of each attribute was defined. Then example of rapid design of an astronomical doom showed that this method was more objective and concise than those traditional methods and its processing speed was much faster.
