摘要: 小批量生产过程中质量特征数据少,很难直接应用传统的统计过程控制技术。为此,建立了工序质量特征的分类编码系统,运用相似制造论将编码相同的工序划分为同一个虚拟工序,从而构成虚拟批量,解决了数据量少的难题,为运用统计过程控制技术进行工序质量控制打下了基础。另外,利用公差系数法将特征值数据转化为相对的数据,并绘制在一张控制图上,以判断工序控制状态和估算过程能力指数。通过实例表明,该方法可以实现对多品种小批量生产条件下的工序质量控制。

Abstract: It is difficult to apply traditional Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology as it is short of quality character data. Classified coding system was constructed and analogical manufacturing theory was applied to classify procedures with same codes into same virtual procedure, thus virtual batch was composed and data shortage problem was resolved which laid foundation for procedure quality control applying SPC technology. In addition, tolerance data method was applied to translate character data into relative data. The data were plotted on control draft in order to judge procedure control state and estimate process capability index. Experimental results showed that the method could ultimately realize the procedure quality control under multi-type & small batch condition.
