摘要: 基于敏捷制造对制造过程管理与维护的需求,研究并建立了制造系统智能维护单元的原型。分析了国内外相关产品,介绍了基于Internet的嵌入式智能维护单元的结构及实现,构建了远程维护系统模型和应用实例,并针对该系统高可靠性、网络化和智能化的要求,提出了基于多参数集成智能维护单元的网络维护解决方案和系统关键支撑技术,并指出其应用领域及前景。为计算机集成制造及产品在全生命周期中所提供的功能和价值持续能力的发挥,提出了一种可靠的网络化维护机制。

Abstract: To satisfy manufacturing process management and maintenance requirements from agile manufacturing, the prototype of Intelligent Maintenance Unit (IMU) of manufacturing system was studied and constructed. Relevant products information from home and abroad were analyzed. The primary architecture and implementation techniques of Internet-based embedded IMU were introduced. Furthermore, remote maintenance system model was set up and application examples were given. To cater to needs of high reliability, networking and intelligence of the monitoring system, grid maintenance solution and key supporting technologies of the system based on integration of IMU with multi-parameters were proposed. And their application fields and research prospects were also given. It provided a sound and reliable e-maintenance mechanism for Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and sustainable value of products/equipments during lifecycle.
