摘要: 随着网络化制造模式的实施,不同企业之间存在着大量异构信息的交互和共享,可扩展的标记语言技术为实现网络环境下异构信息的交互提供了解决方案。本文提出应用XML技术建立适用于网络化制造模式面向工艺设计的制造资源模型的思想,并对实现该模型所涉及的关键技术和实现方法进行了研究,在此基础上建立了基于网络面向工艺设计的制造资源工具,作为一个主要的支撑模块,在RR-CAPP系统中得到了应用。

Abstract: With the application of networked manufacturing, there are much distributed information′s communication and sharing in different companies. The XML technology provides the solution of the project. The paper recommends a new view that applied XML technology to build manufacturing resource model for process planning in networked environment, and studies the corresponding key technology and realizing methods. In the end, we develop a network-based manufacturing resource tool for process planning, which is introduced on the prototype of RR-CAPP as an main support function model.
