摘要: 探讨了市场营销管理与决策支持系统在CIMS中的地位和作用及其组成,提出了该系统由支撑层、数据管理层、决策工具层和决策层构成的体系结构,设计了包括OLAP、模拟分析和专家系统在内的辅助决策工具。提出了由市场调研分系统、营销情报分系统和营销风险评价与预警分系统组成的决策滞后解决方案。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the role played by the Marketing Management & Decision Supported System(MMDSS) in CIMS. The functional composition for MMDSS is studied. System framework, which includes support level, data management level, decision tool level and decision level, is given. Aided decision tools composed by OLAP, simulation analysis, expert system are designed. The solution for decision delay, which includes marketing research, competitive intelligence and marketing risk evaluation & early warning, is discussed.
