摘要: 以鞍钢新轧钢集团股份有限公司冷轧薄板厂CIMS工程?尘埃樯芰薈IMS工程详细设计阶段建立的生产管理模式,以及基于管理模式的软件功能实施过程及其集成方案。该方案的软件覆盖了所有生产活动,并实现生产全程管理,软件功能及其结构的逻辑关系完善。即每一个软件功能模块的设计,都以企业生产管理模式为基础,以软件的总体功能为目标,满足各软件功能模块的需求,各软件功能模块的有机结合形成一个完善的软件系统。应用该软件系统可成功地实现冷轧生产线的计算机生产全程管理。

Abstract: The production management model and the realization process of the software function of the model, with it’s integration methods constructed in the detailed design stage of CIMS Engineering, are introduced, on the background of the situation of Cold-Rolling Mill CIMS Engineering of ANGANG NEW STEEL Stock Ltd. The software includes all the production activity and realizes the full-process production management. The software functions and its constructional logic relation are integrated. That is, the design of each software function module is based on the production management model of the enterprise and aims at the whole software function, to meet the need of each software function module. At the same time, the organically integration of all the software function modules gives rise to a integral software system. The application of software system has successfully achieved the computer full-process production management of cold-rolling production lines.
