Abstract: Based on the graph theory， the randomness and fuzziness of the service-oriented and efficiency-oriented indices of CIMS network are pictured， and the fuzzy random analysis of CIMS network is presented. Monte Carlo method is applied to produce the fuzzy correlation matrix charactering the connectivity of network， and the transitive closure of the fuzzy correlation matrix has been used to analyze the connectivity of network， which provides a new idea to improve CIMS performance.
