Abstract: The traditional concepts such as BRR，enterprise re-engineering are related with enterprise business processes, and the process-oriented philosophy is applied to the business level. In the paper, the concept of process is generalized which includes business process, manufacturing process and control process, then the re-engineering of the generalized processes is studied. Considering the weakness of the traditional solution of the manufacturing system application integration, the integration methodology for the generalized processes is put forward based on the nested generalized process model.
