Abstract: This paper puts forward to a solution model for supply chain management involving strategy, tactic, and operation levels from the point of the supply chain system operations management. This model integrates the partner selection decisions for principal fulfillment, supply chain system operations scheduling decision, and executive information management into a total solution alternative. The ideas and argumentations in this paper have certain advantages in the supply chain management theory and utilities in the practice.
