摘要: 在虚拟装配中,基于几何约束的交互装配操作与实际的工程约束不完全相符,导致与设计装配操作意图不完全一致,且装配操作不够自然、效率不高。为此,提出基于装配任务层次和装配语义识别的虚拟装配操作方法。通过装配语义的生成、识别、确认和解算,将虚拟装配系统对装配关系的识别,从约束层次提高到装配任务层次。在汽车发动机零部件的虚拟装配中的应用表明:该方法能够很好地捕捉虚拟装配过程中的用户交互意图,通过用户能够在虚拟环境中方便、准确地进行装配,使装配效率得到明显提升。

Abstract: In virtual assembly, interactive assembly operations based on geometric constraints didnt always completely accord with real assembly operations, which led to the stray from original design intentions and unnaturality and ineffectiveness of the operating process. Therefore, this paper put forward a virtual assembly method based on the level of assembly and the recognition of assembly semantics. It could enhance the recognition of assembly system from binding level to assembly task level through the generation, recognition, confirmation and calculation of assembly semantics. The application of this method in the virtual assembly of auto engine parts demonstrated that it could well capture the interactive intention operation process and enable users to assemble parts conveniently and accurately, thus improving assembly efficiency significantly.
