摘要: 为提高设计效率和设计知识的重用度,实现产品的低成本快速响应设计,提出了一种基于面向对象的配置设计方法,并对其可拓性进行了研究。形式化表达了基于面向对象的模块、产品配置和配置产品等基本概念;对应于物元模型,建立了模块模型,研究了模块的可拓集和模块调节的方式。在对客户需求进行分析的基础上,根据模块的可拓性,从定性的角度找到和目标特征匹配的模块,再以定量的方式实例化模块的特征值,得到模块实例,并将其组装成最终产品。最后,给出了基于模块可拓性的配置设计方法在某装配生产线的操作台架设计中的应用实例。

Abstract: To improve design efficiency and design knowledge reuse so as to realize rapid response design with low-cost, a product configuration design method based on object-oriented theory was presented. Extensibility of the proposed method was studied. At first, basic concepts of module, configuration design based on object-oriented theory were formally described. Modular model was set up corresponding to matter-element model. Afterwards, the extension-set and adjustment modes of the module were discussed. Based on the analysis on customers'requirements by the property layout matrix, modules matching object characteristics were found from qualitative perspective, and modules'property value was confirmed from quantitative perspective, thereby these modules instances were assembled into configuration product. Finally, an example of operation table for product line was presented to validate the configuration design method.
