摘要: 以重用零件数量占产品零件总数量的比率作为度量重用效用的指标存在着严重不足。为此,提出以时间、成本和质量作为重用效用度量的指标体系。研究了由面向重用的开发成本(模块化成本、标准化成本、文档成本、编目成本、数据维护成本)和基于重用的设计成本(获取成本、修改成本、集成成本、验证成本)组成的重用相关成本结构。提出了零部件重用效用量化的数学模型,并给出了产品级重用效用的计算方法。最后,以汽车零件的设计重用为例进行了说明。

Abstract: To overcome the deficiency of traditional reuse utility measurement method, which was based on the number of reused physical end-items in product assembly, a reuse utility evaluation system based on cost, time and quality was put forward. Relevant reuse cost structure was studied, which was composed of two parts:reuse-oriented development cost (modularization cost, standardization cost, documentation cost, cataloging cost, data maintenance cost) and reuse-based design cost (retrieval cost, modification cost, integration cost, revalidation cost). A quantitative mathematical model for component reuse utility was proposed, and computation method for reuse utility on product level was also provided. Finally, an example for automotive parts design reuse was given.
