面向双边资源整合的服务创新模式

摘要: 针对当前供需双方数量巨大而难以快速建立服务关系,无法保证服务质量的问题,提出了一种面向双边资源整合的服务模式。在该模式中,引入第三方服务平台,聚集大量的顾客与服务提供者,既为服务提供者整合顾客资源,又为顾客整合来自不同提供者的服务资源。阐述了面向双边资源整合服务模式的业务架构和基于面向服务架构的多层技术体系结构,提出面向双边资源整合的服务模式的八大基本特征,详细阐述了资源整合、个性化服务、全过程质量监控、信用积累与使用等方面的技术。最后,以海运物流服务为例,对面向双边资源整合的服务模式进行了应用验证。

Abstract: Nowadays, it is difficult to create relationships among a large number of supplyers and demanders, thereby the service quality cannot be guaranteed. Aiming at this problem, a service mode named Bilateral Resource Integration Service (BIRIS) was presented. In this mode, a third-party platform was imported to accumulate a mass of customers and providers together, it could collect customer resources to providers and integrate service resources to customers. The business architecture of BIRIS and Service Oriented Architecure (SOA) based multi-technique architecture were put forward, and the features of BIRIS were also described. Techniques including resource integration, customized service contents, full lifecycle oriented quality assurance and historical credit usage, are specially elaborated. Finally, an ocean logistics service platform in Weihai city, China, was presented as a case study to validate the effectiveness of BIRIS.
