具有风险规避参与者的双渠道供应链最优策略研究

摘要: 为研究具有风险规避特征的制造商和零售商参与的双渠道供应链的最优策略问题,首先探讨了整体决策下系统最优的直销渠道与分销渠道价格以及零售商的最优产品或服务附加值。然后利用均值-方差方法,分析了分散决策下制造商的最优批发价、双渠道的最优定价及零售商的最优附加值。最后研究了参与者的风险规避度,以及市场需求方差对各决策量的影响。数值仿真结果表明,当参与者的风险规避度相同时,在分散决策下,随着风险规避度和需求方差的增大,最优渠道价格、附加值和系统整体期望收益都会减小,且总期望收益低于集中决策下的总系统期望收益。当需求分布的方差固定时,参与者为风险规避类型并不一定总是损害系统总收益。在一定情况下,参与者风险规避特征的存在反而会减小分散决策情况下的双边际效用,提高系统总收益,实现帕累托改进。

Abstract: For a supply chain with a risk averse supplier and a risk averse retailer, the optimal direct price, retail price and the added value were studied under centralized decision. Then, through mean-variance analysis, the optimal wholesale price, channel prices and the added value under decentralized decision were analyzed. At last, the numerical simulation illustrated the effect of risk averse value and demand variance on the decisions. Analysis showed that the optimal prices of dual channel, the added value and the expected profit decreased with the increasing risk averse value and demand variance under decentralized decisions. And the expected profit was lower than that under centralized decision. The risk averse members werent always harm to the system expected profit when the demand variance was fixed. The risk averse characteristics of members could decrease the double marginalization and improved the system expected profit. The Pareto improvement was also realized.
