摘要: 为了减少复杂产品分布式仿真优化时的资源浪费,分析了此类架构仿真优化算法的特点,针对计算资源利用率低的问题提出了分布式智能仿真优化算法,并进行了算法描述,介绍了算法特点和主要步骤。将该类架构以及分布式智能仿真优化算法应用到某高速动车组悬挂系统优化问题中,优化结果验证了分布式智能仿真优化算法的快速性。

Abstract: In order to reduce resources waste in distributed simulation based optimization for complex product, architecture of the simulated optimization algorithm was analyzed. A new Distributed Intelligent Simulation based Optimization algorithm (DISO) was proposed to deal with low utility ratio of computing resources. Algorithm characteristics and major steps were introduced. Optimization experiment of the suspension elements of the Multiple Units was performed and the results demonstrated the efficiency of DISO.
