摘要: 针对航天装配型制造企业的单件小批量离散生产特点,提出了一种基于工作流的装配车间生产过程计划和控制方法。该方法通过引入工作流管理技术,将产品装配数据和装配过程的管理紧密集成在一起,有效地描述了装配数据与装配过程间的动态交互行为,同时也实现了生产现场的装配活动和装配数据的统一管理。最后,开发了原型系统,并在航天某工厂得到试用。

Abstract: Aiming at the jobbing work characteristics of aerospace assembly production, a new production planning & control method based on workflow technology was put forward. By introducing workflow management technology, this method combined product assembly data with management of assembly process. This method could effectively describe dynamic interactions between the assembly data and the assembly process. At the same time, it realized unified management between assembly data and assembly activities. Finally, the prototype was developed, which was applied in some aerospace factory.
