摘要: 基于一体化管理思想,在已编制的炼钢-连铸生产调度模型及轧制批量计划的基础上,建立了炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化生产调度模型,将拉格朗日松弛法应用于模型中,利用拉格朗日松弛法较好的分解特性,使大规模复杂调度问题的求解成为可能。最后,用实例说明模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract: An integrated production scheduling model based on the integration idea and batch planning is established, including steel-making、continuous-casting、continuous-rolling procedure, etc.. We explore the use of Lagrangian Relaxation to the model, by which the complex scheduling problem can be decomposed into subproblems and solved effectively. It is proved that the model and algorithm can be applied to actual production.
