摘要: 为了对航空发动机维修数据进行有效管理,根据航空发动机维修数据具有多维性和演化性的特点,将其分为构型数据、对象相关数据和类相关数据。在引入航空发动机物理状态和单元体物理状态概念的基础上,给出了航空发动机构型数据管理模型,解决了数据冗余问题。针对航空发动机服务通告状态难以控制的问题,提出了以主要件为中心的服务通告状态控制模型。为了将航空发动机维修数据有机地组织在一起,在分析航空发动机生命周期的基础上,建立了航空发动机维修数据组织模型。将提出的模型应用于基于Web的航空发动机维修数据管理原型系统,并在某家大型航空公司进行了试用。结果表明提出的模型是有效的,能够满足航空公司的需求。

Abstract: In order to conduct effective management on aero-engine maintenance data, according to multi-dimensional and evolutionary characteristics of aero-engine maintenance data, it was divided into configuration data, object-related data and class-related data. With the introduction of concepts of aero-engine physical state and module physical state, an aero-engine configuration data management model was proposed so that the configuration data redundancy problem was solved. Aiming at the problem that aero-engine Service Bulletin(SB) states were difficult to control, a major part-centric SB state control model was put forward. After analyzing aero-engine lifecycle, an aero-engine maintenance data organization model was constructed to effectively organize aero-engine maintenance data. The proposed models were applied in a web-based aero-engine maintenance data management prototype system, and a large airline company had a trial. The trial result showed that the proposed models were effective and could satisfy airline requirements.
