摘要: 为适应航空装备维修保障工作由使用方自主保障向装备研制企业共同承担转变的新趋势,针对航空装备维修保障体系特点提出基于过程的维修保障管理方式,并对关键技术进行了研究。为满足业务流程关系运行期灵活构建及过程控制要求,通过扩展流程及节点定义给出业务流程的层次化建模方法,利用工作流引擎为用户提供系统归零控制。以流程时间作为成本动因,给出时间驱动的维修保障作业成本核算方法。对流程及时性和稳定性进行了分析,并建立了维修保障因素与装备使用能力的关系模型,给出业务流程影响度的分析方法。最后,开发了相应的维修保障管理系统,并给出了该系统在某航空制造企业的应用实例。

Abstract: The aircraft maintenance support is tending from self-support by users to institutes and manufactures assistance. According to the characteristics of Chinese aircraft manufacturing and maintenance support architecture, the maintenance support management method was put forward and key techniques were studied. A hierarchical process modeling method was established by extending the workflow engine which supported setting up flexible relationship of processes in run time and realized automatic close-loop control. Then, the maintenance support cost accounting method was proposed which regarded process time as cost driver. The timeliness and stability of process were discussed, and a process influence degree analysis method was brought forward on the common relationship model between maintenance support factors and aircraft usability. Finally, application of the aircraft maintenance support management system based on workflow in a company was introduced.
