摘要: 为了对复杂加工过程质量动态性能进行全面定量分析,确保复杂加工过程中的产品质量,从人、机与环境方面,对影响复杂加工过程的质量动态性能的因素进行了分析。基于复杂系统脆性理论,研究了复杂加工过程的质量动态性能的脆性特性,从人机环境影响因素出发构建了复杂加工过程质量动态性能的人—机—环境脆性模型。在此基础上,根据质量动态性能人机环境因素的直接和间接影响关系,提出了质量动态性能脆性因子的风险度和耦合度定义,通过计算质量动态性能脆性因子的脆性度,提出了一种影响复杂加工过程质量的动态性能的关键人机环境因素确定方法。通过实例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To conduct comprehensive and quantitative analysis on the quality dynamic characteristics in complex manufacturing processes and to satisfy production quality demand, the influencing factors of dynamic quality characteristics were analyzed from aspects of man (workers), machine (enterprise objective entity), and environment (objective and subjective conditions). The brittleness of dynamic quality characteristics was analyzed by brittleness theory of complex system, and a man-machine-environment brittleness model of dynamic quality characteristics was constructed by the man-machine-environment influencing factors. Based on this model, the risk degree and coupling degree of dynamic quality characteristics brittleness factors were defined by the direct and indirect impact of man-machine-environment influencing factors. Consequently, an identification method of key man-machine-environment influencing factors of dynamic quality characteristics was proposed by the brittleness risk calculation of dynamic quality characteristics brittleness factors. Finally, effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a case study.
