摘要: 阐述了云制造系统中“制造云”的构建过程,并对制造云构建过程中所涉及的主要关键技术做了较深入的探讨。给出了制造云及制造云服务的相关说明,对云制造模式下的资源进行了详细分类。在此基础上,围绕分散资源的感知、虚拟接入、服务化和云服务部署等关键问题展开了研究,并提出了制造能力元描述模型,为最终实现高效、智能的云制造系统提供了支持。结合产品全生命周期设计、仿真阶段任务需求,依据所提构建方法与关键技术,初步开发了一个面向设计仿真的云服务平台原型。

Abstract: The construction process of “manufacturing cloud” in a Cloud Manufacturing (CMfg) system was investigated, as well as several key technologies involved in the construction process. Related illustration about manufacturing cloud and cloud service were described,and CMfg resources were classified in detail. Several key issues such as resources aware, virtual accessing, and deployment of cloud services were studied. A meta-model for describing manufacturing capability was put forward, which can support efficient and intelligent running of CMfg systems. A prototype of cloud service platform for complex product design and simulation was developed according to the proposed method.
