摘要: 针对制造过程实时信息采集和传输的问题,基于多传感器技术和Web技术,提出了一种从制造设备层进行数字化建模的思想和方法,通过对制造设备安置多种传感设备构建附加传感设备网络模型,形成实时制造信息采集的硬件基础,进而采用Agent技术对各个传感设备进行封装,在工作流的控制下捕获相应的制造信息并按照标准模板进行信息的加工与存储,以使构建的数字化制造设备模型具有执行过程透明和可访问化的特点,从而为解决制造过程中的复杂、实时信息的自动采集和传输以及数字化精确生产提供解决方法。以一个实例验证了所开发原型系统的有效性。

Abstract: An innovative model of equipping manufacturing machine with multi-sensor and Web techniques was proposed in order to solve the capture and transmission of real-time manufacturing information during the ongoing manufacturing activities. Through installing multi-sensor devices at machine side, a multi-sensor-based network model was constructed to form hardware foundation for collecting real- time information. Then, Agent technology was adopted to encapsulate various sensors. Corresponding real-time manufacturing information was captured under workflow management and was processed and stored according to standard templates. Execution process of the model was characterized by transparency and accessibility. The model provided solution to digital production. Finally, a case study was given to verify the prototype system.
