摘要: 将敏捷制造的理念引入CAPP系统的建模之中。分析了传统CAPP存在的问题,提出基于智能组件技术的敏捷化CAPP系统体系结构,总结了智能组件应具有的特性,并对体系中的智能组件进行了分类研究。讨论了敏捷化CAPP系统与企业资源、CAD、PDM的集成模式,以及工艺设计方法的扩展模式,并给出了敏捷化CAPP系统的软件实现。

Abstract: The idea of Agile Manufacturing is introduced in CAPP modeling in this paper. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of traditional CAPP, an agile CAPP architecture is proposed based on the intelligent components technology. The integration patterns between CAPP and ERP, CAD, PDM are presented, and the extending way of new process planning method is given. Based on the method above, an agile CAPP has been built. The capability for restructuring, reusing, extending and applicability of the program is proved by practices.
