摘要: 虚拟企业是实现敏捷制造的有效途径,是一种可重构的制造系统。系统在重构过程中,各合作伙伴给出完成各自任务的时间段,制造系统则基于这些信息编排出生产计划。本文建立了这一生产计划问题的数学模型,基于该模型,提出了一个有效算法,并给出了一个简单算例。结果表明,所提出的算法可以决定解的存在性,如果解存在,则求出有效解;如果解不存在或解不可以接受,盟主可与合作伙伴协商解决问题。

Abstract: Virtual enterprise is a reconfigurable manufacturing system, which is an effective way to implement agile manufacturing. In the process of system-reconfiguration, each partner provides the time interval of performing its tasks for the system. The production schedule should be made based on the information obtained from the partners in the reconfiguration. A mathematical model is developed for the scheduling problem. With this model, an efficient algorithm and its demonstration for the problem are proposed. This algorithm can find the solution for the problem if only the solution exists. If there is no solution for the problem or the solution is unacceptable, the principal company can coordinate the partners to solve the problem. A simple example is used to show the application of this approach.
