摘要: 在实施并行工程和虚拟制造的过程中,如何有效地实现过程信息集成建模是当前研究的前沿问题之一。本文介绍了美国NIST主持的PSL项目对此问题的解决方案,分析了PSL实现的思想、过程、PSL V1.0规范的主要技术内容,指出PSL是实施虚拟制造技术过程中,解决大规模制造企业过程信息集成的可行方法。

Abstract: NIST at the United Stated has been carrying out PSL (Process Specification Language) project to create a neutral, standard language for process specification to serve as an Interlingua to integrate multiple process related applications throughout the manufacturing life cycle. This paper proposes its idea, approaches, main contents and the results of the first pilot implementation of PSL project, analyzes its implementation prospects in China, and concludes that developing translators between PSL and other standard languages, such as Express, XML earlier, will give greater contributions to the implementations of advanced manufacturing technologies in Chinese manufacturing industries.
