摘要: 为了提高虚拟产品开发的效率,驾驭产品定义数据和环境定义数据相互作用的动态响应特性,本文在全息产品模型概念的基础上,提出了基于全息产品模型的虚拟产品开发的方法。该方法的突出特点是对各个应用领域的环境进行建模,运用作用算子描述产品和环境相互作用的内在规律,运用基于知识的反馈设计方法提高性能优化和参数修改的效率。最后,以7s16汽车空调压缩机为应用实例,进一步介绍了该方法的应用过程。

Abstract: In order to improve efficiency of virtual product development and rein dynamic response peculiarity between the product defining data and environment defining data, the method of virtual product development based on the holographic product model is discussed after the concept of holographic product model is introduced. The most prominent character of the method is building the environment model for every application domain and using the effect operator to describe the internal reciprocity law between the product and its environment. In addition, the method of knowledge-based feedback design is applied to improve the efficiency of capability optimization and parameter amending. Finally, the 7s16 automobile air-condition compressor is given as an application model with which the application process of the method is further introduced.
