摘要: 开放式数控系统必须使用标准PC硬件,并采用主流操作系统。Windows是目前PC机的主流操作系统,实现基于Windows的实时控制是提高数控系统开放性的关键。论述了数控系统的开放性和实时性对操作系统的具体要求,阐明了标准Windows NT/2000的调度策略,并分析了其实时性的不足,最后以VenturCom公司的RTX5.1软件为例,介绍了Windows NT/2000实时扩展技术。

Abstract: Open-architecture CNC must be built using standard and commercial hardware and software components. The current preferred operating system (OS) platform for PC is the Microsoft Windows, so it is significant to develop Windows-based CNC. The special requirements for OS in the open and real-time CNC system are discussed. The scheduling scenarios in Windows NT/2000 and its deficiencies of real-time function are analyzed. Finally taking the RTX5.1 software as an example, the real-time extension technology for Windows NT/2000 is introduced.
