摘要: 介绍了一个多管接头钣金展开下料的CAD/CAM集成系统。软件系统采用面向制造工艺的计算模型,充分考虑了板厚、坡口角度及焊缝对钣金加工的影响。系统通过多文档多视的程序结构及三维造型技术,支持全过程设计,不仅可以生成各种多管接头构件的展开图、工程图、三维立体模型,还能生成备工备料的工艺清单、数控加工程序,进行数控切割仿真,数控切割机进行数控切割下料,实现了CAD/CAM集成。

Abstract: A CAD/CAM integrated software system for unfolding and cutting sheet metals of multi-intersected ducts and pipes is introduced in terms of system construction and principle. The software system adopts a process-oriented computing model, which sufficiently considers the welded seam, sheet thickness, join angle and their influences to sheet metal manufacture process. By means of MDMI program frame and 3-dimensional modeling technology, the system supports total-process-design. Such a system not only can produce the engineering prints, baiting figures and 3-dimensional model of various sheet-metal fabrications, but also can generate the plan lists for preparation processes and NC programs for NC machining. Simulations of the NC machining and direct numerical control are accomplished with the system as well.
