Abstract: Quality management in supply chain is expanded from individual enterprise to all of enterprises, so it emphasizes the collaboration and compatibility of quality systems between member enterprises. The concept of supply chain quality management(SCQM) is presented based on the analysis of characteristics of quality management activities in supply chain. A supply chain lifecycle model based on the Quality Circle is developed according to three stages (gestation, construction and operation) in the lifecycleof supply chain. And the implementation strategies of supply chain quality assurance are studied. An integral and efficient model of quality system is constructed by integrating quality function, process and information throughout the supply chain, to ensure persistent and steady quality assurance ability in supply chain lifecycle. 
