摘要: 产品配置设计的核心问题是从客户的个性化需求解析出规范化的具体产品特性。在基于产品族配置模型理论的基础上,引入了客户需求域和特征表达域的概念,为实现从客户的定制条件映射和转化到产品具体结构特征这一过程提供了理论和方法,并建立了客户需求域→功能域→行为域→结构域→特征表达域的层次型产品配置模型。对客户需求类型进行了分类,分析了各种类型下的产品配置过程的映射关系,并建立了统一的配置模型表达。最后以薄板矫正机为例,对提出的产品配置模型进行了说明。

Abstract: Based on the theory of product family configuration model, the concepts of customer requisite domain and feature expressive domain are inducted, which provides the method for the transformation from the customers requirements to products features. A kind of layered product configuration model is proposed, which takes on the mapping frame (Customer Requisite Domain to Functional Domain to Behavior Domain to Structural Domain to Feature Expressive Domain). The mapping relation of product configuration process for different customer requisite types is analyzed and the uniform model expression is established. Finally, the configuration model is illuminated by an example of sheet straightening machine.
