产品设计知识库建立方法研究

摘要: 为有效地管理大规模客户化产品协同设计过程中使用的各种设计知识、方法和案例,需要构建产品设计知识库。设计知识的内容包括新产品和客户化产品设计知识、设计原理和标准、设计实例、配置、变型设计方法等。采用面向对象建模技术和方法构建知识表达模型,并将对象模型映射到关系数据库进行存储,按照数据库的组织策略来组织知识库。构建基于J2EE平台的知识库引擎,采用实例推理和规则推理相结合的方法,实现知识的智能检索和问题求解,从而有效地支持产品敏捷定制设计的快速实现。

Abstract: In order to effectively manage various kinds of knowledge used for the product collaborative design of Mass Customization (MC), it is necessary to build product design knowledge base (PDKB). The content of design knowledge includes the new product and customization design knowledge, principles and standards, methods and cases on configuration and variant design. Knowledge Representation Model (KRM) is built with object modeling technique. In order to easily realize knowledge management, the object model is mapped to the Relation Database, and the PDKB is organized according to the Relation Database technique. After the Knowledge Base engine is constructed on J2EE platform, the intelligent knowledge searching is realized by case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning. All these are to effectively accelerate the development of product agile customization design.
