摘要: 经营过程评价是经营过程诊断、优化和设计的基础。目前经营过程评价主要以经营过程拥有者为中心,从时间、成本等量化因素进行评价,这背离了经营过程重构中以客户为中心的观点,并且通常不能反映经营过程对企业战略的支持。本文借鉴平衡计分卡思想,综合考虑战略影响和客户价值提升等多方面因素,形成了基于平衡计分卡的经营过程评价方法,并提出了评价指标近似线性化的思想和理想平衡状态偏离度的概念。最后,结合具体案例进行了分析。

Abstract: The existing business process is evaluated by some quantitative metrics (such as time, cost, etc) in a process owner-focused way, which is neither compatible with the viewpoint of customer-focus in BPR, nor a reflection of relationship between business process & corporate strategy. Based on the philosophy of balanced scorecard, considering the strategy influence and customer value improvement, this paper develops a balanced scorecard-based business process evaluation method, and presents the idea of the approximate linearization of metrics and the concept of Ideal Balanced State Deviation Degree. At last, a case study is performed.
