摘要: 为了有效支持复杂产品的数字化装配设计功能,分析了数字化装配系统中产品装配建模、装配序列规划、装配路径规划和装配分析等功能模块;提出了数字化装配系统的功能模型,在产品装配建模模块,为了提高装配过程中的精确度与准确度,考虑了装配公差建模,提出含公差建模的数字化产品装配模型;为了降低复杂产品装配成本,缩短了装配时间,提高了装配质量,基于复杂产品装配系统的开发需求,提出了基于面向服务架构的开放式、可重构、可重用、可扩展的集成化数字化装配系统体系结构。

Abstract: To support the digital assembly design function of complex product effectively,the function modules such as product assembly modeling,assembly sequence planning,and assembly path planning and analysis in digital assembly system were analyzed.The functional model for digital assembly system was proposed.In product assembly modeling module,to improve the precision and accuracy of assembly process,the digital assembly model contained tolerance modeling was put forward by considering the assembly tolerances.To reduce the complex product assembly costs,shorten the assembly time and improve the quality of assembly,a kind of open,reconfigurable,reusable and extensible integrated digital assembly system architecture based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) was put forward.
