摘要: 针对顾客需求重要度确定过程中的模糊性和可变性,提出基于直觉模糊数的动态分析方法。首先,被选顾客使用直觉模糊数表征各项需求的主观重要度,通过IFIOWA算子将偏好信息依次与顾客权重和时间段权重集结,得到需求指标主观重要度的动态向量;然后,通过IFIOWA算子处理客观重要度的偏好信息,进而构建需求指标的客观重要度优化模型,获取需求指标客观重要度的动态向量;最后,依据主观意见和客观市场的平衡系数,给出顾客需求综合动态重要度的计算公式。振动式分选筛的应用实例表明了所提方法的准确性和可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the fuzziness and variability in the process of determining the importance ratings of Customer Requirements (CRs),a dynamic analysis method based on intuitionstic fuzzy numbers was presented.Intuitionstic fuzzy numbers were used to express the Subjective Importance Ratings (SIR) of customer requirements.According to the Intuitionstic Fuzzy Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging (IFIOWA) operator,the preference information was integrated with the weights of selected customers and the ones of each time range,and the dynamic vector of SIR was determined.The preference information of Objective Importance Ratings (OIR) was conducted properly based on IFIOWA operator,and an optimal model of OIR was constructed to calculate the dynamic vector of OIR.Based on the balance coefficients of subjective opinion and objective market,the calculation formula for comprehensive dynamic importance ratings was put forward.An illustrative example of a vibrating selected sieve was used to demonstrate the accuracy and availability of the proposed method.
