摘要: 针对大型汽轮机叶片部件装配工艺设计的实际需要,将特征建模技术与实例推理相结合,提出叶片部件的特征层次结构信息描述方法和实例相似度算法,并在所开发的工艺设计与资源管理集成CAPP系统中得到应用验证,较好地解决了工艺设计知识和相似工艺实例重用的问题。

Abstract: In view of the requirements for assembling process planning of the turbine blade parts,and combining with the feature-based modeling technology and case-based reasoning,an information representation method and case similarity algorithm of hierarchical feature model for turbine blade parts is presented. The method and algorithm are practically demonstrated in a process planning and resource management integrated CAPP system that we developed, and solves the reusing problems of process planning knowledge and similarity process cases.
